I can do Web Templates, but not coded ones.. I can create a template in photoshop (good ones) but I just need to learn how to slice it and code it and all that stuff..
PM me with what you need done, and how much you are willing to pay.
I dont have a portfolio at the moment, but I dont see why it matters to much, because you only pay if you want it
