Hey i was wondering one day if there was ever anything like a banner exchange, except a Member exchange. I found one, but i didnt work out so well. so i made my own. Its not great looking, yet, but its directly to the point. It guarantees free members no atter what. So im trying to see if this will work. If it does, it will really help some webmasters. Its at

Great, Team power has already Joined a got a free active member. Once you guys join, he will getr more members and so will you guys. Just so you know the site doesnt look great. it will look better later on. for right now im just seeing if this system will work
