in a nutshell though i can tell you

1) Im not paying per post
2) Im not interested in partnering with anyone that doesnt already have a good rep
3) im looking for people who already posts here regulary and contribute
4) I have a ligit quality site that isnt spam, its directly related to the people in this forum and there is nothing spammy about it

This really belongs in the Marketplace since you are selling.

Actually I am not selling anything, I am buying, technically I am trying to hire some people in this forum however it seems that this is a pretty frowned upon practice.

I was looking at this more like Adobe wanting to hire designers to promote a new photo-editing software, but apparently this practice has been destroyed by spammers so the post and the whole idea is probably pointless anyway.

Adam, it might not be your "ad" that has created the problem with this. There have been others that wanted to do the same thing, but then didn't pay. It may work well, but it depends upon two big, and potentially changing, factors; which you mentioned in the thread....the reputation of the seller and buyer.

OUt of curosity, DesignQuote, how would you pay? Would it be a payment per month?

It's not a "pay-per-post" idea, where you would post at another forum to make it look like it was popular.

The idea is for an existing member here to have a link in their signature to another site that is specified by Wes.
