I have a forum http://smartaliens.com (PR3) and it's starting to get visitors from Google and MSN.
If anyone interested in posting for me at SmartAliens. I will add link in the homepage to your site. If your a good poster and will continue to post at SmartAlien. I will add your link in every pages and will be there for long time.
The number of posts you are willing to post is not required. I know posting is not an easy job at all.
Banners, button links are allowed. But I will have to take a look at them first and whether that I should add them or not.
