I know Textalyser searches for word density and Copyscape the repeated text, but what is the best site to search for original images plagiarized?

I would like to get such a link as well!
I just can't imagine that kind of system. It should use up lots of resources for storage as well as computing similiar images.
Maybe, searching the largest stock agencies would help if finding the exact image - if someone has uploaded it there and attached keywords..
