PHPWebGallery Problem

I have PHPWebGallery installed, everything works fine but it won't show the link to let all users upload pictures.

My whole goal is I am trying to have a big Free photo site and where users can upload their own photos.

I can access upload.php but can't get users to upload photos.

i'm not familiar with this software, but let me see if i can still help. So are you saying that when you log in as some sort of admin or super user, that you can upload photos and regular users aren't able too? If this is the case, I would assume that there is some sort of user permissions section where you would need to give authenticated users permissions to upload photos.

Otherwise, is there an error that you could post? What exactly is happening when a user tries to upload a photo?

well nobody can upload photos. I can't upload. All I can do is add categories but not upload photos. I can access the admin panel.

I signedup under a regular user and still could not upload so not under admin or a user.

Try to use a place called stumble upon but don't add all your pages just add some and maybe so good old fashion SEO will do the trick.
