The website i want to do is a video website, but cant upload videos
how to we do a video website without uploading videos???
did you see some youtube video in the blog or personsal website before?
what i want to do is,to put video in order,
for example, if someone want to watch a naruto video
normally, they will hard to find the video in the youtube(i mean the episode he want to see)
so want we need to do is put the video into order, if you click Naruto in our website,
The list of the naruto episode will be list on our website like

and how can we earn money?
we put the ads on our website,and we can earn money

What your doing is in fact illegal and don't do it I saw someone get law-suit for a music video site because it was promoting illegal activity and the users who looked at the site would upload illegal videos to youtube and add them to the site.

Why not ask the copyright holder with written permission.
