I will try to explain the purpose of the form...
Every day the people who put in orders where I work end up putting in orders w/errors that can't be done. I then have to send an email out (several times a day) with all of the info requested in that form (the Oracle number, customer name, customer po, description of problem etc)
The email always goes to a few people no matter what. Names: Licenses, Jerry, and Debbie.
THen the email will go to one or more of the people who entered the order... so it could be Crysti, Valerie, or Monica (or a combination).
Last, it will go to who ever the person was that brought it to my attention: Fardeen, Crysti, or Wendy.
THat seemed to be the most complicated part. Having all of those options of people who sometimes get the email.
The subject will always read "ORACLE # ON HOLD AT DABNEY" and I will fill in the actual Oracle #.
The body will need to list cust name, po, and oracle number and then a description of the problem.
I think writing all of this out I am making it sound more complex than it is. THe html form I created is basically all it needs. I just need a way to proecss the form. |
