what kind of problems are you having?

You know, coloring BBCode [php] tags, making certain strings be coloured only when the php tag is written. Other stuff, I will have more problems surely.

I can recommend some good books. Do a search for Larry Ullman on amazon.

I used the book PHP and MySQL for Dynamic Web Sites to get to grips with PHP, then I self taught the rest to myself. I can highly recommend it due to the fact it has a very 'I'll give you the code and explain it, you do the rest' approach which I really enjoyed.
