yes i know im building a CMS but i want to quickly shove site up for soemthing frankly just because im a bit bored. i want to make a freecycle site for local, (we have one but i hate it.. well its a yahoo groups )

anyway i want one which is a CMS and has a really easy to use and nice forum build into it, or a really good module.

but also be able to easily have pages, and the possibility of other modules,

I saw one which i like ages and ages ago, but cant find it now

Joomla is Good... you can also integrate o Board into it....
