Hi,

can anyone help me on how fields on the order form that are not filled in will not be shown on the email to the administrator?

Are we talking about a specific application here? I think you should provide a bit more info as to what you're talking about. Generally if a field is left blank it defaults to the empty string (nothing).

Also can you restate your question. The double negative is confusing me. "How fields on the order form that are NOT fillled in will NOT be shown onthe email to the administrator"

on his form submission email.

When you submit your form, have that php script check the string length of each field - if it == 0 then don't use it in your email. You are building your email message yourself right?
