It's not really a script.. More of a website, with two frames.

Every website can be considered a 'just a website'. What is a 'script'? Both these sites are searchable and it is what I need and a form to add topics and content.

The second one looks like it has been created with a windows help compiler

I use HelpMaker from Vizacc and is a much cheaper option.
