I hope someone can help give a few suggestions.

I normally use only html, bit of flash and css using dreamweaver.

I have built an estate agents website www.theresorts.co.uk

What I am try to do is create the same website again but at the top and bottom of the page be able to show another companies logo etc.

I am looking at around 50 other agents using the content with their agents header and footer.

So there would be one website on a server with the content which i update when a new property is added. The website is not database driven each property is added manualy as I am not so good with databases etc.

Then each agent has there own web address, which displays their static header and footer with the content coming from the main website.

Any ideas?

Yes there is, I think what your looking for is a CMS, which you can custom build so it works with your control panel (to addon domains to the various other resellers) .

If everything is static, u can simple use iframe
<agent header>
<ifrrame with content page>
<agent footer>

i wouldnt go with the iframes PHP include would be a much better option, it all dpends on your set up of the sites, i know i would do it a certain way but i doubt you could without someone writing all of the set up. if you get me.
