Guys, I want to start a website similar to deals2buy.com , but one for India. The site's software is very simple and neat. It doesn't look like an off-the-shelf software. Does anybody here have any idea what they're using?
I'm willing to pay anybody who can code a similar website for me.

Actually I would like to start something similar for a different country . I would like the software too - more like www.unodeals.com - it looks like their software is more sophisticated.
