I am about to create a betting tips site with a few mates, and I was wondering what I should use to create it ? a CMS etc ? And it needs to be secure as we may end up charging a small monthly fee if we are any good

We just want a user friendly secure site, which will either use CCBill or Paypal subscriptions, so we need a site that has a subscription function that knows who to let access the certain parts of the site.

Thanks in advance guys, I just need some expert opinions.

1. i would recomend to build it from scratch ... has the advantage that you can make it how you want it, disadvantage requires time and experience

2. if you want to adapt an already made script ... you MUST pick a pay'ed one because usually those are build more secure.
