I am doing some codes in PHP - And I have come across a problem. I am echoing a result. But in this echo I need it to get a variable from my language folder - but an echo can't echo an echo - or am i missing some thing.

PHP Code:

 echo '<table align="center" width="80%"><tr>
              <td>"<?php echo $result_ref; ?>" '.$a_property->ref.'<br>
                  <?php echo $result_location; ?> '.$a_property->location.'<br>
                  <?php echo $result_property; ?>'.$a_property->property_type.'<br>
                  <?php echo $result_price; ?>'.number_format($a_property->price,0).' &euro;<br>
                  <?php echo $result_description; ?>'.niceDescription(substr(strip_tags($a_property->description_en),0,200)."...").'
                  <a href="property_result.php?property='.$a_property->id.'"><?php echo $result_read_more; ?></a>
              </td></tr></table>

How can I make the <?php echo $result_ref; ?> bits work inside the echo.

Yeah, an echo can't echo another echo. You could do something like

PHP Code:

echo '<table align="center" width="80%"><tr>
              <td>'.$result_ref.$a_property->ref.'<br>
                  '.$result_location.$a_property->location.'<br>
                  ...and so on'
