You know instead of asking someone to make one for you why don't you just search for a php news letter script on google? There are tons of them out there I'm sure and they shouldn't be hard to implement into your site.

Newsletters can get very sophisticated. If you're looking for something simple, I have a writeup at http://www.teratask.com/index.php?pa...-to-newsletter . It manages the newsletter via your email program, but all the code is provided for you.

There are some programs out there you can download/buy which will auto-track bouncing and manage unsubscribes for you as well. If you want those, don't even bother with the link I provided as with that method you're left to yourself. Also, if you want those features I recommend not coding it yourself as it can get very complicated very quickly.

Taken a look at that one, seems ok. As I also have been considering starting a newsletter I might give this one a try.

@midlandi: I hope it can be of some assistance. Again, it's very simplistic. One advantage that it has is that most people are very familiar with composing slick emails with their email editor and other programs may not be as easy to use in creating your email's body in as widely-accepted a format. Also, by sending the emails yourself, it doesn't generally consistently come from a fixed IP decreasing the likelihood of having sending issues with some of the dumbass ISPs out there that like to manipulate people's emails. Oh, and also, you get any of those moronic spam emails which tell you to go enter a CAPTCHA for the dopes that don't add you to their list.

JeremyMiller, simplistic is good for me as is it for many others.
I have a few scripts on my site that i have tried to keep as simple as possible for the end user.
Why complicate things if it can be avoided?
Again, thanks for the link. i have it bookmarked now so if anyone asks a similar question on my forum I will point them to that.
