Hey everyone. I want to use Joomla so that my customers can control the content on their site. If I got Joomla, would I be able to integrate it into my business's website so that when a customer logs in, they can control everything from my website?

I've heard many people say it's good to create your own CMS, but I'm still getting into PHP, and I don't really know where to begin making my own CMS! Hopefully I will be able to make one in the future.

Thanks everyone!

I believe the only requirements for Joomla is PHP and MySQL on your hosting server.

Joomla is a very good CMS, its easy to use, there thousands of plugings for this platform, it will take some time to learn all that Joomla can do, after you install the script you are ready to publish, there are a couple of Joomla releases Joomla! 1.0.13 is older stable version, with the newer you could have some problems.

Creating a good CSM isn't that easy, and if you use Joomla their team will create newer version and will fix the security bugs, so its more safer and easier to use Joomla that to create your own CSM.
