I need to know where to go to get a custom forum made for my site. Basically, here's what I need. First, the forum needs to match the layout of my site. Second, it needs to work with a one-time user login. By this I mean, if a user logs in on a non-forum page, then navigates to the forums, the forums need to recognize that the user is already logged in and allow him/her to use the forums as necessary. Any ideas where I can go for this?

There are lots of forum applications out there and almost any of them will do so you should probably pick which one you want to use. If you need a free one phpbb is great but if you're willing to pay vBulletin is much better in my opinion.

The design work you will probably have to do yourself unless you want to pay someone to do the layout for you. Otherwise there are a lot of free templates floating around, one of them may fit your design fairly well.
