Me again, i was wondering if there was a way to have a form (Name, textarea, etc etc) and when the person clicks the submit, it makes a page, and a different file gets the newest page and shows it publically.

I have a html blog, and i have a page that has the blog titles, and a folder with all the different .html blog pages, so when someone clicks the title, it loads that page. But this process takes too long.

Oh, and another note, ive used wordpress and some of those other blogs before, but i dont use them anymore since a person claiming to be a "Iraqi war driver" hacked it.

Yes, you can do that with PHP.

Static html pages shouldn't take long to load, can't really say much about the reason without more info.

It happens all the time to other people just be careful to make regular backup and upgrades and you'll be alright.

About the 2nd quote you got, its that making the html files by hand and editing others takes too long.
