hello, there is a bit of code (php) this is the Footer code so its suppose to show up at the bottom of the page but its appearing right at the top and its not suppose to - below is the code - what changes should i make to make it appear on the bottom and not top?

Putting the code you posted of top and bottom together, the footer is on the bottom for me. But I can't be sure since you have what looks like a templating system and didn't post your CSS.

yes its done through Smarty - but i didn't start it i'm just continuing with the site

aha, but i'll show you a screenshot of it and positioned top right hand side:
those two lines are circled in red.

My guess is it's a problem with the divs and table tags not being ended properly. I'd bet on it that it's that.

That is most likely it. Or could possible be an issue in the CSS.

thank you all, i'm not really used to php so can you please tell me divs and table tags in what content, i have shown the header and the footer code above so is it in another content?
