im a newbie to programming and am looking to add a section where visitors can post links back to thier websites. Can i do this with php/if so how...it doesnt seem like it should be that complicated.
I know how to use pearl and cgi to let people post images..can i just revise that method and let them post text on my page.

Before you start coding this think of the below:
What way will you be showing you likes: Categorised or a link list of links?
What technology do you have: PHP and MySQL or just PHP?
