I’m not sure if this is the right forum for this question and I hope I can explain my question so that it makes sense.
I found on a website when I was surfing and it was an ask and answer section that is right up my alley.
I am assuming it is php but not sure. What was unique about it is that you ask your question on one page and it is posted on another that list all the unanswered questions. Once it has been answered by someone it appears on another page that list all the answered questions. Where others can also post their two cents if they want.
In the heading it was
(Ask) (Answer) (Learn) and each link took you to the described page
Ask was where you ask your questions and submit
Answer was where it was posted and anyone could answer if you were a registered member.
Learn was where you see all the answered questions and can read and learn or comment yourself
It worked like a guest book or forum or cross of the two it seems, but I would love to know where I can find the info to do this for my website.
Any Ideas ?

Right forum. This should be a fairly easy thing to build. Just study some PHP and you could build it yourself. There may be some software out there which you could modify as well -- not sure about that, though.

At least I’m in the right spot, and I realize I could learn PHP more and possibly build it myself, but that’s not quite the information I was fishing for. The software is more along the lines of my query.
I guess I should have made that clearer to start with.
Thanks anyway

So you are looking for some software to purchase? I don't know of anything that exists but maybe some others do
