Ok I want to make a site for tutorials like tutorialized.com but I dont know what type of scripts I will need to make a user system that allows someone to login and submit a tutorial.

Login and submit system can be done with PHP. MySQL database could be used to save login and submited data... or what do you exactly mean?

mysql + php can also be used as the identifier of tutorials. You can do pretty much everything you would want with php.

You can probably use the wikipedia software.

I need a script that will allow people to create usernames and have a account on the tutorial site. As well as, be able to create a tutorial directly through the site without supplying a link to a webpage. I want something where you can rate and comment on the tutorial. I want the users to have some sort of account where they earn credits for the amount of views. Furthermore, I want it to allow moderators to review the tutorials before they go on the site. Is there anyone who can write a script up for me for free or if not free how much will it cost?
