I want to set up a site were people can join create a profile and upload images, but people can not see the images until the person accepts there request to view it,

Is there any pre made scripts out there like this???

I am not aware of any applications out there that do exactly what you want. Any that I know of are not distributing their source code since it is a service they provide. You can take other freely available scripts out there, put them together (with a little effort) and create the application you are looking for.

Are you looking to incorporate this into another application (a plugin) or into a website (a web application)?
