Look into the file_get_contets(); function in the php manual, then use a preg to filter what you need.

I have a feeling you, mbmurray, aren't a coder -- is that right? It also appears you might want to do more with your result than just have a list. If you more clearly define what you're trying to do, then we can be a bit more assistive.
