I have created a new directory www.emedinews.com/directory but when i tried to submit link, the following message appears:

The URL could not be validated. Either the page does not exist or the server cound not be contacted.URL already exists in the directory.

Can anyone tell me where to correct the error?

Are you able to give us the code you use to validate the website URL?

From what i can see, it could be a php configuration problem, ask you web host to help.

Try turning off the reciporcal required function as see if that solves the problem.
