hi all ,

i finished translating a recipes script to arabic language ,
the site it self shows the arabic words, but for example when i add a recipe in arabic , and i try to view it , i see writing like this , -
in site shows, number and #### 6666&,##

i changed the the database collation to: utf8_general_ci , but did work , still see the same ,

any idea how i make the script to recognize the arabic words

You should
1) Display the page in utf-8
2) Receive the input in utf-8
3) Before putting the data into and pulling it out of DB send sql query "set names utf8"
