Hi, I don't understand the instructions I've been sent about an RSS feed and how to get it, and the stories up on my site. Spent about 7 hours trying to figure it out for myself...

Quote:
RSS news feed:
http://services.setfive.com/rss/rss?...d=112&ret=ZZZZ

Note: You will need to replace the ZZZZ in the above script with your full url address and page address where the information will be house. An example of ZZZZ may be http://mysite.com/lfb_news.php?id= . In this case when a user clicks on an item from the RSS feed they will be taken to this url.
If you want to receive the full story feed for display on your web site, you will need to add the below script:
http://services.setfive.com/fullStor...832af6/STORYID
I would like to "house" the full stories as well as the feed headlines. Just have no clue. Preferably I would like the visitor to be able to click the headline and get the full story from my site. Have managed to get headlines up but very, very slow loading. Any clear help appreciated much.

At the same time, whilst am here, I would like to take the same feed and be able to get my wordpress blog to autopost the full news story with headline on my blog. I have tried using the wp-o-matic plugin but it's not recognising the feed as valid. Again any help here very much needed and appreciated thanks.

To me, it looks like you're going to want a different script because it says it simply takes them to the external site. Of course they could mean they have the browser format the feed for you. I could personally program this for a small fee.
