I am working with a shopping mall script and found this bug and I need help!I don't know where or how to look to fix this,

when a store owner uploads a image when making their shop it is saved as logo.gif
when they edit their account the image is not saved and is replaced by default_store_logo.gif
even when adding a new image when editing. the image is not saved and is replaced by default_store_logo.gif
can you Please tell me or give me a hint as to where or how to fix this???

Thanks for all help

In that case ...

are you actually going to tell us the name of this mythical script you are using, so someone who has had some experience of it could actually offer assistance?

sure I'll tell you I just thought it was not permited the name is osCMall

I am useing the Jan 28 2008 release, I have worked around many bugs and almost have ready to go live untill I found this one,
the maker is changeing everything over to JQUERY so the next three releases after that are really bad and not worth messing with and we have not heard from the maker in a while as to when the next release will be out or any fixs so ie no support,

random link dropping is not allowed.

Telling us the name of the script you need assistance with, is pretty much essential.

Thanks now I know, I am a dummie haveing a Blast learning,
my host looked into it for me and one time they said they got an error, but that was after I changed the image in default_store_logo.gif

[Sat Oct 11 09:57:02 2008] [error] PHP Warning: copy(/home/*****/public_html/*******.com/images/6_images/default_store_logo.gif)
[function.copy]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/*****/public_html/*******.com/includes/classes/store.php on line 103

here is line 103

if (copy(DIR_FS_CATALOG.'images/store_images/default/default_store_logo.gif', $newname.'/default_store_logo.gif')) {

I changed the image back
then they said
We have verified settings and file permissions. Everything are fine and there is no errrs in logs also.

so I don't know what the problem is
