I'm a learning php this year but i encounters some problems.

One of them is about php value. The problem is how do i do to prevent a php file from resending the same values into the database whenever the page is refreshed?

Anyone help?

redirect the page back to itself after processing the data.

I don't know how you code but i'll explain you with a simple exam as christ as explain you.

supposed you have pg1, pg2.
pg1 is the page used to sent values.
pg2 is the page to receive the values. If refreshed pg2, the value will be duplicated.
So use "header" on pg2 to redirect the user on pg1.
