I want to design a web site which members can vote other members profile.
It would be like competition site, and code will put the highest rated profiles on some other page.
Can it be made by php or should i use something else?

Thanks..

You can do so using some mods in pligg but of course some simple PHP script can be used to add voting to profiles.

thanks but i have already done some research about it on google. What i want is little bit different than i saw in google. I want a voting script that people can vote each others profiles, and some another page, most voted members profiles will be listed.
In scripts i found from google it is only for voting pictures or polls.
For example , in everyones profile there will be box like "vote me" or sth like that, and buttons listed up 1 to 10 , once you vote his/her profile, profile's rank increases.

Well you do the same as we all have to from time to time;

take an existing idea and modify it to do what you want. Once you have the basics the rest is down to application.

You can't

What I mean by existing ideas, are the free scripts you find in search engines or at hotscripts and the like, then modifying them to suit your application of them.

A "voting" script is much like any other. Click a button and a database value gets incremented (or decremented). From there onwards it's simply a matter of pulling the data out of the database and using it.
