Hi all, I'm looking for a script that will work out the box to suit my needs. I'm not sure if there is anything out there, although I am happy to make minor adjustments.

I'm essentially after something similar to www.parklet.co.uk - a website that allows people to post up their parking space and the in return other people find the space, and rent it out. It seems to be running a sort of CMS-style setup but I can't find out which one would work best.

The interesting thing about is the Google Maps part, which I guess uses a KML file to store the userdata - does anyone know of any addins that would achieve something similar with Joomla or Drupal? I guess I'll have to go down that route to keep things simple, I don't have time nor experience to code it all from the ground up.

So basically just looking for any tips. I guess a "real estate" type script such as Reservations Manager may work with loads of modifications. Thanks!

I think you'll be looking at a custom job for something like this.

You will find plenty of add ins within the Joomla Extensions section of the site.

There are a number of sites that use Google Maps in a similar way.
