Hello to all,
I have finally got my site together after a year www.nfixitonline.com I found someone to design/code my site and everything seemed cool. then the problems came, first Google blocked my site saying it was malware on it. But the person who setup my site fixed that. Then(after a month) my hosting service(surpasshosting) said there was some vulnerable scripting on my site(which a routine check must of found). And the person who set up my site said they could not find anything.Then after a few days of questioning my hosting/and designer/coder service they sent an email that contained this message...
"It appears someone was able to upload malicious files to your site via a vulnerable PHP script. The installation of Joomla on the account is out of date. There are some exploits in the wild that allow remote malicious users to change the Super Administrator password of any out of date Joomla installation. I strongly recommend that this be updated and the passwords for all the Administrator accounts be changed. Also update any other scripts or plugins that may be installed."
Ok once I relayed that message to the person who set up my site they deleted Joomla and all seemed good(my hosting service agreed).
Then I went on vacation, after I came back all of my videos( » www.nfixitonline.com/video-tutorial.php ) were deleted from my site. At first it was no big deal because I had back ups off line. But when trying to ask the person who set my site up if they knew anything about it I never got an answer back(my only communication was by phone and email, I lost the phone number somehow then found it but its turned off now). I figure what the heckI will just upload all my videos back(about 20 which is a headache when adding the descriptions and all, but it can be done). Then come to find out Iam receiving an error when trying to upload videos to my site(the admin panel that was created for this purpose). Now I dont know what to do, I have a snap shot of the error which is in the pic. I also, have the php file in question but I dont know whats the best way to fix this problem. Would it be possible for me to uplaod the php file and someone find the error in the code or thats only for the creator? Iam newer then a virgin when it comes to php(if thats possible  ) but I sure could use some help.
sorry for the long post. but I have been trying to get my site steady for over a year now.
