HI there. At the moment I have a website with several pages written in html.http://xuroq.co.uk. The preview pages all have to be manually created which takes a long time. Is there a way to use php to make creating the pages a lot easier. I'm sorry but I have very little knowledge of php

You can use PHP to allow your pages create dynamicly theirselves, but thats more useful whenever you let external users upload data (text, video or whatever) to your site's content.
Of course you will need to create a database to store the content, instead putting it in html pages.

Try doing some php include's, if you edit one page it edits all the pages, which is much more simply. But your site looks really simple, so not much editing needed

yep.

That's just what CMS systems ("blogs" included) do.

Yes.

However arrays only exist while the script runs, once the php has finished and the HTML has been sent to the browser the array is gone.

You can definitely use a Free Joomla Script CMS to get started, thousands of mods so you can customize it to just about anything you want.
