I want to create a list of the forum names as links (so like a menu).

How can I dynamically grab the name of the forum so I dont have to manually enter the name?

eg:

Forums
-Site Information
--Site News
--Suggestions & Comments
-General
--Chat
--News

So I would want to grab the name Site information, Sites News, Suggestions & Comments, General, Chat, News.

I know it has something to do with $foruminfo[title] but I am unsure how to use it properly to grab the title

Are you trying to create URL's with the page titles in them? Like for example instead of having:
http://www.yoursite.com/forums/showthread.php?t=26959

You would create something along the lines like this:
http://www.yoursite.com/forums/gener...rum-rules.html

URL rewriting is one of the primary features vbSEO offers. If you can afford it...

No not that that.

I am wanting to create links to my forum categories and use the forum name in the A href

eg:

<a href="www.mysite.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=12">$foruminfo[title]</a>

where $foruminfo[title] would grab the name of that particular forum
