I have an order to make a website with some specifications,and I was wondering is there any open source or commercial web based script with these requirements:

• A free and paid user registration,by paid I meen first you can register for some ammount of time,and then you have to pay.
• User profile would be listed in some specific kategories.This website will be like translators community,that some people who need a translator can search in listings with categories like English-German smt. like that.
• Custom fields module,who would be searcheble.
• It should support news and articles,witch you can manage thru admin panel.

Any suggestions?

try joomla, add some components and i think you'll have what you want
