I am pretty new to PHP and wanted some advice. I have 20 products and need to produce 5 question about each product, so a customer can give feedback on an item.

I was planning to have a drop down box that had the 20 products, and once the user selects the item they want it will then produce the questions. How easy or hard would this be to do? or can somone suggest a better way.

It will be very easy. Just loop the variables.

Hi do you know any sample scripts like this? as I got a few way of doing it and not sure what best way.

Was thinking of having drop down box with the 20 products in then have 5 question.

Then another drop down box and fives question so on.

as the user has to answer quetions on 5 items.

Or

Was not sure if to have all the item's on the form and a cheek box, so the user selets one and then five question.
