I need to know what do you call this script:

not the whole script just the area where there are letter and search engine so we can add stuff like tabs (guitar music notation)

what is the name of this script or the scripts look like it?
also is there a free one (open source)? if not is there any script looks like it so I can edit it to fit my needs?
