Hello

Which books should I read if I am starting with websites? I mean something about safe, standarts, etc. Can you recommend some titles?

well as i presume as you are posting in the php section then it is dynamic websites you are looking at.
A Good start for that would be 'Build Your Own Database Driven Website Using PHP & MySQL' by Kevin Yank.(Sitepoint)
In fact site point has a wealth of books that are good - Build Your Own Web Site The Right Way Using HTML & CSS, 2nd Edition is also worth a look is you are interested in the CSS & HTML side of things.

if you can be more specific and tell me if it is php or general design you want then i can recommend more.

I suggest “PHP: The complete Reference” ISBN 978-0-07-150854-4 and “Beginning PHP and MySQL,From Novice to Professional,Third Edition” ISBN 978-1-59059-862-7.

Then www.webmaster-talk.com and lots and lots of practicing.
