I'm thinking that the answer to this will probably be no but is there a way to turn a php+mysql website into something that my client could download and view off line as a package.

I know I could either set up PHP and MySQL or there or just include a testing server like xampp on there comp but is there something similar to adobe air that does this.

I think you can only use javascript with adobe air.

Thanks

Jason

You can turn it into a static site using a site copier like WinHTTrack.

Thanks for the link chrishirst. I tried it out and it works really well although the search feature doesn't work and therefore attempts to connect to the your site on the internet.

That will of course depend on how the search function is done on the site.

Wrensoft have a product called Flying Ant which combines with their very capable Zoom site search engine to create a on CD web server.
