Does anyone know of any free Online Community Scripts? Anything similar to Myspace or Facebook?

yeh there a loads of clones out there, but they're all real buggy

There is a project that turns WordPress MU into a facebook-like app called "BuddyPress". It might be what you're looking for.

I have never seen one that was worth the time. Dolphin is decent though not exactly what you may be looking for it is pretty close. A slightly entailed build of Drupal could net you some good results as well.

Thanks guys! I installed Dolphin. It is very powerful for a free script! I am impressed.

I haven't done anything to customize it (yet). I run a website for a Mixed Martial Arts event. I am thinking that when we have a list of who is fighting who, the fighters name will link to his Profile in the dolphin community. This way, the fighter has the power to update his own profile, add pictures, create a blog about training (or anything else).

I wasn't able to get the video or music parts to work.

So far Dolphin is cool but I'd love to check out others. I basically want it for what I listed above so Dolphin is a bit more powerful than I need.

Dolphin is not that free if you look inside their pricing scheme. You pay for using modules (sometimes monthly), you pay for installation and additional service.

Why don't you get a ready-made paid software?
