I have written a php document, that contains a form. I want to take the information gathered by this form, convert (or) pass it - whichever is best - to an xml document then send the resulting xml document to a remote response server.

Can anyone please give me some guidance on this...

Use the PHP SimpleXML library to build the XML document from the form input and then just output it to the external response server.

1) Copy and rename a blank xml file
2) Write the data formatted as xml
3) Save and move to other server, either FTP ( Guide ) or folders transfer.
