This is my first time here, So HELLO to everyone

Im needing some assistance on how to fix a problem, I have installed a script, after pointing my URL to the admin area, Im gettitng a Error message:

What could this possibly mean, and any help and direction to fix this would be appreciated.

The problem may be a compatiblity issue between PHP4 and 5. Post your code for a more definite answer. Also include what version of PHP you have.
