What mailing list script do you suggest?

I am not trying to do anything crazy, I think I just need basic features but in the future I may want to be able to do more (have custom formatting, maybe attachments, etc).

All suggestions are greatly appreciated. This is by far the best little community on the internet for learning. I am constantly amazed by you guys.

Not sure if that can be free at all. Maybe it worth start looking through the script directories? Hotscripts?
