If you're asking this question at this point in development, the best solution is for you to hire someone. I'm not trying to be mean, but you really shouldn't be touching code until you first know how to design a program.
Now, if you read a few tutorials and whatnot and then get stuck on some particular coding issues, then post and we can answer those specific questions, but based on your other posts, you shouldn't be professionally coding at this stage in your life -- you don't appear to understand the fundamentals of coding. Without such an understanding, you may code more problems than you started out to solve and that can result in really bad things; like invoice data accessible to more people than it ought.
