Hi!
I've got a problem with installing the apache service.
I'm getting an error after installing the xampp:

"Port 80 or 443 (SSL) already in use! Installing Apache2.2 service failed!

I asked my friends about SSL, and they asked me if I've download something like this by microsft....??
I have no idea, im kinda new at programming and stuff (also my english might be bad, sorry).

I have had similar problems, this happens with something else is using port 80.

Run a port check (run the xampp-portcheck.exe file) to see what is being used on port 80, it's most likely that a program like Skype or MSN is using port 80. If they are using port 80 check their settings or configure Apache not to use port 80.

I had issues with this when I installed Skype before installing my apache server. The easy solution is to uninstall XAMPP and Skype and reinstall them in the correct order (if Skype is indeed your problem). You can also go into the Skype settings and turn off the "Use port 80 if available" option. That's not the word-for-word name, but it's pretty close. Anyway, turn that off and you should be able to start your Apache server.
