Hello,

How can I record audio (wav) in a php web page ???

You cannot.
PHP is a server side language, and cannot interact with the hardware of the pc that visits a site.

For that, you need a flash application, a java applet or an activeX that runs locally on the user computer to send the recorded datas on the server.

PHP on it's own cannot, it needs a combination of client side (Flash or java) and server side (PHP).

Essentially, the flash file records the audio then posts it to the PHP which uses Server Side Shenanigans (SSS) which compresses the audio into a workable format (Like tripy said).

I believe http://www.osflash.org/red5 should be able to handle the flash side of things.
