I was directed here from the html forums. I am trying to find a suitable form "processor" for my website. I basically need 2 different forms (one on each page)that sends me an email with their name, email and some kind of indicator as to which form a person has filled out. I was wondering if anyone knows of a good "how-to" or tutorial for this.

yes that can be done, when you submit a form for analysis, then you should send the form name/id.
After some one submits either one of the form, you get the form id/name and then you can store that to database or send an email to your self, to track which form is used by which person.
