I have a wordpress site and I have tried endlessly to edit the comments.php file so that the comments function works as a user contributed link directory as illustrated at http://nettuts.com/working-with-cmss...ress-comments/

Can anyone help me edit the attached comments php file so that it functions as per the explanation in the above link?
